Policy.
We believe in transparency and simplicity. This policy outlines how to manage, cancel, or request a refund for your Freshmate subscription.
1. Free Trial Period
Every new Freshmate account begins with a 14-day free trial of our premium features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the 14 days, you will be prompted to choose a paid plan to continue using premium features. If you do not choose a plan, your account will move to a limited-access state until a selection is made.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Log in to your Freshmate account and navigate to Settings > Subscription.
Click on Manage Subscription to open the Billing Portal.
Select Cancel Plan. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Freshmate within your first 30 days of paid service, contact our support team for a full refund. Please note that refunds requested after the first 30 days are generally not provided, but we may make exceptions in special circumstances at our discretion.
4. Billing Cycles & Finality
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your selection. Once a billing cycle has begun, the payment for that period is considered final and non-refundable (outside of the initial 30-day window). If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to your premium features until the last day of your current paid period.
5. Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you via email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price is applied.
